Mat and Shameem Arnold are the founders of Salsa Studio. They are renowned for providing fun and exciting classes, wedding dance choreography, team building events and workshops for private functions across Cumbria and the North West. They also provide demonstrations for special events and are looking forward to performing at this years Whitehaven Festival and Carlisle's Culture Bazaar.
Shameem and Mat have been teaching salsa for over 2 years and have obtained their UKA medals in bronze, silver and gold.
They currently hold 5 classes at Whitehaven where they teach Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and their favourite Rueda de Casino, which is an exciting group dance. They receive great feedback from their classes both in terms of content and their unique fun teaching style. They understand how nerve wracking it can be trying a new hobby so they always ensure that everyone is put at ease.
They recommend anyone to give salsa a try, even (especially) those who claim to have 2 left feet.
